Our business plan aims to evolve from a vineyard into a comprehensive destination, featuring a state-of-the-art winery, a bamboo-based banquet hall, and luxurious cottages. The winery will produce high-quality wine, sold locally and exported to India and the Middle East. Our banquet hall will host weddings and parties, while the cottages provide unique staycation experiences amidst the vineyard. Emphasizing sustainability, we plan to construct buildings using eco-friendly materials such as rammed earth and bamboo. A one-acre greenhouse will cultivate bamboo shoots and flowers, enhancing the venue's aesthetics. Additionally, we will grow bamboo on open farmland for various products, including bamboo pulp-based molds, fabric for toilet tissue paper, activated charcoal, and textile products. Our vision is to create an eco-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and versatile facility that engages tourists visiting Niagara Falls.
